Die-Cut Series Thermal Transfer Labels

Product Description

3.2 mil gloss die-cut vinyl with high-tack permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 50# liner.

Applications

This product is recommended for outdoor and indoor uses where a marking film with flexibility, durability and resistance to chemicals and sunlight is required. Compatible with most thermal-transfer printers. Test prior to production.

Film:            3.2 mils
Adhesive:   1.0 mil
Liner:          2.5 mils

Temperature Ranges

Minimum application temperature: +35 °F
Service temperature range: -50 °F to +165 °F

Adhesion

Stainless Steel: 112 oz/in² when tested in accordance with PSTC-1 with 24-hour dwell. Individual values may vary. Test thoroughly before production.

Water Resistance

Limited immersion resistance. Test for specific application.

Life Expectancy

Shelf Life: 1 year when stored at 70 °F and 50% relative humidity.
Service Life: 5 years under normal exposure conditions.
