Product Description

3.0 mil calendared semi-gloss vinyl with a high-tack permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive laminated to a coated paper liner.

Applications

This product is recommended for outdoor and indoor uses where a marking film with high flexibility, durability and resistance to chemicals and sunlight is required. High-tack adhesive adheres permanently to most surfaces including low energy substrates. Compatible with most thermal-transfer printers. Test prior to production.

Temperature Ranges

Minimum application temperature: +40 °F
Service temperature range: -40 °F to +180 °F

Adhesion

Stainless Steel: 80 oz/in² when tested in accordance with FTM-1 with 24-hour dwell. Individual values may vary. Test thoroughly before production.

Water Resistance

Limited immersion resistance. Test for specific application.

Life Expectancy

Shelf Life: 1 year when stored at 70 °F and 50% relative humidity.
Service Life: 6 years under normal exposure conditions.
