Product Description

7.0 mil cast vinyl with permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 90# StaFlat liner. Enclosed lens, retro-reflective film which meets or exceeds the applicable requirements of ASTM-D-4956-99 for reflectivity.

Applications

This product is recommended for outdoor and indoor uses where a high quality reflective marking film with flexibility, durability and resistance to chemicals and sunlight is required. Compatible with most thermal-transfer printers. Test prior to production.

Minimum application temperature: +40 °F
Service temperature range: -30 °F to +140 °F

Adhesion

Aluminum: 84 oz/in² when tested in accordance with ASTM 1000 with 24-hour dwell. Individual values may vary. Test thoroughly before production.

Water Resistance

Limited immersion resistance. Test for specific application.

Life Expectancy

Shelf Life: 2 years when stored at 70 °F and 50% relative humidity.
Service Life: 8 years under normal exposure conditions.
